Saturday Strut with Neil
A Joyful Walking Fitness Class
Ready to move your body, boost your mood, and have way more fun than you expected during a workout?
This isn’t a silent, serious treadmill session. This is a high-energy, music-filled, feel-good walking class designed to get you moving — and smiling — from the very first song.
Inspired by the golden era of joyful fitness (yes, the Richard Simmons kind of fun), Neil is bringing the party to your steps. Expect upbeat music, simple walking patterns, light cardio bursts, and an atmosphere that feels more like a celebration than a workout.
No complicated choreography. No pressure. No judgment.
Just movement, music, and momentum.
Whether you’re just getting started, getting back into a routine, or simply want a new way to move your body — this class is for you. All fitness levels welcome.
