Meditation Mondays isn’t your average guided session—it’s a soul-nourishing space to explore different modalities of meditation with someone who’s walked the path and teaches from the heart.

Led by Kim of Serenus Light, a certified Masters of Wisdom & Meditation Teacher, Birthstar Mantra Teacher, and Deeper Still graduate of the davidji Academy, each session introduces a new meditation style or tool. From ancient techniques to modern mindfulness, you’ll learn how to cultivate a practice that fits you.

Whether you're a beginner, a returning seeker, or just craving the connection of group energy, you’ll leave feeling more grounded, present, and empowered to continue your journey.

📹 Recordings Provided
