🌿 Meditation Mondays

Every other Monday | 6–7 PM HST
📍 In-person at Serenus Light
💗 Energy Exchange: Donation-based (Venmo, cash, or online) — optional, never expected

You’ve tried to meditate.
Maybe once. Maybe a few times.
But your mind wouldn’t stop talking, you couldn’t “clear your thoughts,” and you walked away thinking…
“I guess meditation just isn’t for me.”

We get it. And here’s the truth:
There’s no such thing as doing meditation wrong.
You don’t need an empty mind—you just need a method that fits your nervous system and your life.

🌀 A Transformational Approach to Meditation

Meditation Mondays is a soul-nourishing space to explore different meditation modalities in a way that’s welcoming, grounded, and practical.

Sessions are facilitated by Kim and Neil of Serenus Light. Each gathering introduces a new meditation style, technique, or tool—from timeless practices to modern mindfulness—so you can discover what actually works for you.

Kim is a certified Masters of Wisdom & Meditation Teacher, Birthstar Mantra Teacher, and Deeper Still graduate of the davidji Academy. Neil is also a certified meditation teacher through The Priority Academy, whose training emphasizes understanding how meditation supports stress, focus, and mindfulness, and includes practical methods like breathwork, guided meditation, and visualization.

Whether you’re brand new, returning after a long break, or simply craving the medicine of meditating with others, you’ll leave feeling more grounded, more present, and more connected—with tools you can actually use.

✨ Expect to Learn & Experience

– A different meditation technique each session
– Breathwork + practical ways to calm the mind and reset your energy
– Supportive guidance (no pressure to “do it perfectly”)
– Community connection and the power of group meditation
– Simple take-home tools for real life

📚 Not “woo-woo”—just real

Major health and psychology organizations describe mindfulness/meditation as practices that can support stress reduction and overall wellbeing, with generally low risk for most people.
